Shin Ohtake’s Max Workouts Review
Many people have trouble losing weight. To be honest, it takes a lot out of someone who has no experience whatsoever when it comes to working out and dieting. That’s why it’s important to introduce an exercise program that’s easy to follow even for beginners. Max Workouts is one of those programs suitable for pretty much everyone.
When I heard about Max Workouts from my best friend up in Chicago, I was on board right away after seeing how much weight he had lost since the last time I saw him. He used to be chubby, with a lot of fat around his middle, but to my surprise, he was in much better shape than I was! I purchased the Basic package and read the e-book a little bit at a time. I had to do research on some of the terms seeing as I knew nothing about working out at the time.
In a nutshell, Max Workouts put me to work. I felt like I went to hell and back in the first three days alone. For someone who mostly sits at a desk and does occasional walks, the exercises just about killed me – in a good way. Boy did I feel the burn after that first day – a product of so much lactic acid buildup apparently. I found the cardio part less demanding than the high intensity strength training, maybe because I used to be a runner in college. All those years of training at University must finally be paying off.
Working out everyday was tough, really tough. The first 5 days were difficult to endure because of the DOMS; I relished the very first rest day of that first week. In fact, I got a massage and stayed in bed all day as a treat to myself for accomplishing what I thought was the most challenging part of the program. Come to think of it, the exercises were not really difficult; it’s the fact that there are no rest times in between exercises that’s killer. I almost passed out one time because I forgot to breathe during the exercises, but that was my mistake. After making sure I took deep enough breaths I never came close to passing out anymore, thankfully.

In my first attempt at the 90-day Max Workouts Fitness Program, I lost about 15 lbs. of fat. This was already more than I bargained for, but I didn’t want to stop. I grew to love the daily workouts. I also spent a lot of time learning from other members of the Max Workouts Club. It’s great to see and compare how the fitness program affects other people, too.
I am proof that even beginners can try the Max Workouts. It wasn’t always easy, but the results are extremely worth it in the end. It’s undoubtedly challenging; expect your muscles to be screaming in protest. The key to achieving the results you want is good old-fashioned hard work. Shin Ohtake’s program is effective even if you choose to do it within the confines of your home. I’m so impressed; I’m going to purchase the Premium package next.
